About Denver Street Sweep

This site is run by Arboreal Studios, a one-person company in Denver operated by Dylan Fitzgerald. He also runs Denver Broomsday, a free email reminder service for street sweeping, which this site links to.

The software and templates were built with Claude Code (Anthropic). The prose on every page was written by Palmyra X5, a language model by Writer, from facts and sources listed on each page.

The schedule data comes from the City and County of Denver’s public sign inventory via the Denver Open Data Catalog, mapped to statistical neighborhoods^[1]. The dates reflect posted rules, but the sign on your block is the law.

The site’s owner reviews the content but hasn’t verified every detail by hand. If you spot an error, email hello@broomsday.com. This site is not affiliated with the City and County of Denver.

Provenance, in detail

Software and templates: Claude Code (Anthropic). Prose: every page was written by Palmyra X5 (Writer) via OpenRouter, from a fixed brief and the sources cited on each page. Every page says at the top which it is, and every Palmyra page's JSON carries the model name and generation time. Data: Denver Open Data sign inventory, 40,755 sweeping signs placed into the city's statistical neighborhood boundaries, generated 2026-09-14. Dates: computed from each posted rule with Denver's verified 2026 city-holiday list. Nothing on this site is a prediction of when a sweeper will pass.
